Returns & Exchanges – Our Policy

Sometimes things don’t turn out quite right — and that’s okay.
Just like pitching a tent slightly off, it can always be adjusted. Our returns and exchanges are simple and smooth, so you can quickly get the right gear and get back out into nature.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from receiving the product.

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

2. How to Return or Exchange

Contact us via email (hello@trinordic.se) or our return form.
You will receive a return label.

Pack the item carefully — we cannot refund damaged returns.

3. Return Shipping

We cover return shipping.
Original shipping is not refunded.

4. Refunds / Exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.
We can also offer exchanges if available.

5. Exceptions

We do not accept returns of used, damaged, or incomplete items.
Sale items follow the same policy.

6. Faulty Products / Warranty

If the item is defective, contact us and we will replace or compensate.
2-year warranty applies.
